Holiday Hearth Warming

On behalf of all of your family at the Palmer House, please accept our best wishes for a joyous Holiday Season. As a memory of your visit with us, our culinary team has prepared this edible Holiday Hearth in the Palmer House’s world renowned Pastry Kitchen. The creation of our Executive Pastry Chef extraordinaire Fabrice Francois Bouet from Lyons, France, the Hearth represents over 150 man hours of work. It is composed of 250 pounds of freshly made Gingerbread, 200 pounds of Royal Icing and 90 pounds of Belgian chocolate.
